The kitchen doesn’t fit
He’d come from finishing a job for one of the ‘Big Guys’.
I bet you’ll have had or heard of a similar experience at some point or other too.
You turn up to install the kitchen and … it doesn’t fit.
Keith wasn’t pleased, but he butchered a few units and did what he could and to make the best of a bad situation.
And during this call, Keith told me he’s looking forward to his next job with Pentland.
That’s because Keith knows that at Pentland Kitchens, we design our kitchens with fitters in mind.
See, when it comes to creating the perfect kitchen, we know that you have to do more than consider the customer’s needs.
We’ve heard enough stories like Keith’s to learn that.
That’s why we aim to make the transition from design to installation just as seamless for the fitter as it is for the customer.
We want our Kitchen Fitters to have the confidence to say “No” when a kitchen clearly isn’t right.
That’s how we make sure the installation is perfect time and time again.
So, when you come to fit a bespoke Pentland kitchen, we promise:
- You’ll get plenty of notice that the units have been made to order
- You’ll get lots of notes and instructions for specially adapted kitchens
- And with specially made units with the fitter in mind we’ll leave the butchering to the bacon in your morning roll!
The doors, drawers and pull outs will all be fitted for you before delivery too.
Can’t say fairer than that.
