Quality, Service and Word of Mouth

I’ve said it before – In this social media mad world where ‘recommendations and reviews’ are such a huge part of the purchasing process, I can sleep well at night knowing that our products always deliver on quality and we will always provide the best level of service we can.
I’m extremely confident in the Pentland team and the fitters we work alongside. I know that they’re skilled and experienced but, more importantly, that their ethos echos the Pentland brand and this is extremely important to us.
It is important to us not just because we want to do a good job, which we do, but because we want to be known for doing a good job.
That’s why we were so pleased when we fitted the above kitchen for a customer who had been recommended to us by a previous customer, confirmation that we’re still on the right track.
And the icing on the cake? A wonderful review:
