What you REALLY need to know about our Reopening

I’m not going to tell you the obvious stuff.

Because you’ve probably guessed we’re reopening.

And you know us, we will have all the necessary precautions in place.

Let’s admit it. We’re all a bit fed up of hand sanitiser guidelines, bullet points about deep cleaning, and seeing the word ‘socially-distanced’ stuck before every rule going.

Here’s what I think you would prefer to know:

• You and your customers will benefit from having 1:1 time with us, and to browse the showroom all to yourselves. We’ve had feedback from our English associates that clients are loving this special attention at such a key time in the project.
  
  
• It’s appointment only folks. Just get in touch ahead to let us know you’re coming via phone, email or via the contact form on our website.
  
  
• Who knew it was so hard to guess what two metres look like? Well, you won’t have to worry about this with us. We’ll be chatting to our customers across the Island in the centre of our showroom, to help keep people apart.
  
  
• I’ve got to say it. If you REALLY want the conventional stuff, it’s all on our website.
  
  
• Our factory will be reopening on the 29th June, in line with Scottish Government progression on the phased roadmap.
  
  
• We are still operating our virtual design service, for those who wish to chat to us as they are currently.
  
  

So there you have it. I hope I’ve given you the reassurance that when you send a customer to us (or are popping by yourself), you’ll be well looked after with The Pentland Kitchen Company.
