Our Latest Classic Kitchen Design Project
We recently completed a classic kitchen design project, and we were so pleased with the finished job that we couldn’t help but share it!
This project was actually completed for the mother-in-law of Michael, one of our kitchen designers, and let’s just say it has definitely put him in the good books.

How Did We Help Our Client?
The clients’ old kitchen was well past its prime, with fittings in poor condition and worktops badly worn. It was an 80’s kitchen through and through, and although it had served its time admirably, it was due a refresh, especially as the layout was short on workspace and wasted a full wall.
The aim here was to create something light, bright, and inviting that was easy to use and included plenty of worktop space. We accomplished this by using a Mornington Shaker in Hartforth Blue and Dove Grey, which added a modern touch to a classic design.

By moving the laundry appliances to a separate utility cupboard, we freed up bags of room that meant we could implement more smart storage and further free up the worktops.
The pull-out larder is one of the real showstopping features of this kitchen. It’s spacious and organised, and with the new carousel unit in the corner cabinet, there’s enough space to ensure everything has a rightful place.

The NEFF ovens and warming drawer mean it’s a joy to cook in, and by installing them at waist height they’re more comfortable to use too.
The Silestone Quarts worktop is simply stunning, but it’s hardwearing too, ensuring it can withstand anything thrown at it. All in all, this kitchen really is one to be proud of!
